1. Suitcase Sponsorship

Amount: 2,500 Euros + VAT

  • 2 free invitations will be given for participation.
  • The cost of the suitcases will be born by the sponsor (1,000 pieces)
  • The logo of the sponsor, congress and İMDER & İSDER will be used on the bag, and previous bag samples will be taken as basis. Your logo will be displayed on the congress website until the next congress.
  • Limited to 1 company.
  • Bags will be delivered to the participants who register at the congress registration desk and receive their badges.

Amount: 1,000 Euros + VAT

  • 1 free invitation will be given for participation.
  • The products shall bear the logos of İMDER & İSDER, congress and the sponsor company.
  • The cost of the product will be covered by the sponsor company.
  • The number of products shall be at least 1,000.
  • The products must be approved by İMDER or İSDER and delivered to İMDER & İSDER officials on September 26, 2023.
  • Your logo will be displayed on the congress website until the next congress.
  • Limited to 1 company.
  • The product will be distributed to the participants in a bag.

Amount: 1,000 Euros + VAT

  • 1 free invitation will be given for participation.
  • The products shall bear the logos of İMDER&İSDER, congress and the sponsor company.

  • The products must be approved by İMDER or İSDER and delivered to İMDER & İSDER officials on September 26, 2023.

4. Powerbank Sponsorship

Amount: 1,000 Euros + VAT

  • 2 free invitations will be given for participation.
  • The products shall bear the logos of İMDER & İSDER, congress and the sponsor company.
  • The cost of the product will be covered by the sponsor company.
  • The number of products shall be at least 1,000.
  • The products must be approved by İMDER or İSDER and delivered to İMDER & İSDER officials on September 26, 2023.

5. Congress Invitation Sponsorship

Amount: 5.000 Euros + VAT

  • Invitations will be sent to 4,000 people.
  • 5 free invitations will be given for participation.
  • Your logo will be displayed on the congress website until the next congress.
  • Limited to 1 company.


6. Clothing Sponsorship

Amount: 5.000 Euros + VAT

  • 5 free invitations will be given for participation.
  • 16 officials will be provided with clothes to wear during the organization.
  • The clothing will be approved by the congress committee.
  • The clothes will bear the logos of İMDER & İSDER, the congress and the sponsor company.
  • Your logo will be displayed on the congress website until the next congress.
  • Limited to 1 company.


7. Valet Service Sponsorship

Amount: 1.000 Euros + VAT

  • 1 free invitation will be given for participation.
  • Valet + parking costs of all participants belong to the sponsor.
  • The car parking expenses to be applied to the sponsor will be minimized by making an agreement with the hotel where the congress will be held.
  • During the organization, the sponsor company will have at least 6 valets available.
  • Valets dressed in your company's clothes will serve during the congress and will leave promotional gifts on guests' vehicles in a visible place. (Fragrance, promotional products, etc.)
  • Your logo will be displayed on the congress website until the next congress.

8. Souvenir Photograph and Caricature Sponsorship

Amount: 2.500 Euros + VAT

  • 2 free invitations will be given for participation.
  • 1 photographer (snapshot) who will be present during the congress will give the photos of the guests with the frame of the congress, associations, and company logo to the guests upon request.
  • A caricaturist will be present during the congress and will present the cartoons of the guests after drawing them on cardboard with the congress theme and sponsor logo upon request.
  • A photo booth can also be set up, given that a suitable place is provided at the congress area.
  • The photographer and caricaturist who will serve the guests will wear the sponsor company's clothes.
  • Your logo will be displayed on the congress website until the next congress.

Amount: 5.000 Euros + VAT

  • 2 free invitations will be given for participation.
  • The cost of the name badge larnyards belongs to the association.
