Gala Dinner Sponsorship

Amount: 25,000 Euros + VAT
Only 1 company can have the opportunity to get the most prestigious Gala Dinner Sponsorship.

  • The announcements and promotions of the congress will be made to 30.000 domestic and 5.000 international high-level contacts via e-mail, website, and inserts in magazines and through the domestic and international fairs in which İMDER and İSDER will participate.
  • Before noon, promotional films of your institution will be broadcast on the televisions to be set up in the foyer area. (maximum 1 minutes)
  • Your logo will be published in the relevant promotional materials of the congress. (Except for special sponsorships such as invitation cards, clothing, and valet sponsorship, etc.)
  • Your logo will be used on the welcome desk, congress website, directions, stage, insert invitations, and brochures.
  • Your logo will be displayed on the congress website until the next congress.
  • 20 free invitations will be given for participation.
  • 25 free invitations will be given for the gala dinner.
  • Technical requests will be evaluated according to the availability of the venue where the Gala Dinner will be held.
  • At the venue where the gala dinner will be held (The Gala dinner is planned to be held in a stylish boat in the Bosphorus), the table flag of the company will be placed on all tables.
  • In the area where the gala dinner will be held, the company logo will be published in the form of laser rotating text (together with the congress, association, and ministry logos)
  • At the opening of the gala dinner, the company's promotional film will be broadcast for a maximum of 5 minutes.
  • The promotion of the sponsor company can be diversified at the place where the gala dinner will be held with the approval of the organizing committee.
  • The sponsor company will be able to present each participant with gifts and promotional materials specially prepared for the night during the gala dinner (they can be placed individually on the tables or given at the entrance during registration). In case the gala dinner is held in a place other than the hotel, the stand of the company can be set up outside the hall or at the welcome area (the stand cost belongs to the company).
